how to pursue the project of summer training for MBA having been assigned on home loans?

i m a MBA student doing training from a private ltd company, i have been assigned a project on HOME LOANS, tell me the way to pursue and the title for the project? i.e. tell me the various aspect to be taken into consideration while making the project?
