I need phone numbers for Citi mortgage!?

I don't need their main phone number that will get me to a minimum wage operator reading a computer generated script. I need to speak to someone with Knowlege and Power! Can anyone help me find someone? I have questions about my mortgage that require the help of someone with more authority. When I call any of their advertised numbers I get passed from one peon to another. Thank you

2. Good luck, banks are full of those types - if you really want someone with authority, I'd suggest immediately asking for a manager before you bother talking to anyone. Aside from that, I'd recommend locating a local branch and talk to someone in person.
